Ring Ring Digital is one person who builds and runs the online presence for local home service businesses. That is the whole company, and it is on purpose.

I build the websites, set up the Google profiles, write the follow-up messages and pick up when you call. There is nobody in between, because at this size there does not need to be. I work with a small number of businesses at a time on purpose. Taking on more than I can personally run turns this into the sort of company that stops returning calls in month three, which is the thing most owners have already been burned by once.
If you want to know whether I am any good at this before you spend a dollar, call and ask me to look at your business. You will get a straight answer, including the part where you might not need me.
Four rules
You own your domain
Registered in your business name, kept in your name, and it goes with you if you ever leave. Nothing here is rented back to you.
No invented promises
Nobody can honestly guarantee how many calls you will get. We tell you what we are doing and why, and you judge the phone for yourself.
Local only
We take on businesses we could drive to. Distance matters to search engines, and meeting in person beats a video call when it counts.
We will say no
If what you have is already working, or your problem is not one we solve, we will tell you instead of selling you something.
Month to month
No annual contract and no setup fee. If a month goes by where this was not worth paying for, you should be able to stop.
Your customers stay yours
We never sell, rent or share your customer list. It exists to serve your business and nothing else.
Owners do not care about impressions, sessions or bounce rate, and no monthly report full of them has ever paid for a truck. They care whether the phone rings and whether they got to it in time. Everything here points at those two things, and the name is there to keep us honest about it.

You get on with the work
The site stays up and fast. The Google profile gets its photos, posts and service updates without you touching anything.
Requests go out on their own
Finished jobs trigger a review request. Past customers who opted in get the seasonal reminder. Quiet quotes get one polite follow-up.
You hear from us when it matters
A message when something needs you, and a short note at month end about what changed. Not a fourteen page report nobody reads.
